This page helps you solve the most common problems when transferring files between devices.If the devices cannot connect, the transfer is slow, or files are not saved correctly, check the solutions below.

Devices cannot find each other

Make sure Wi-Fi is enabled on both devices. The app uses Wi-Fi Direct, so Wi-Fi must be active on both devices.The devices must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network.

  • Enable Wi-Fi on both devices
  • Allow location permission
  • Restart the app
  • Keep the devices close to each other

Cannot connect to another device

Both devices must confirm the connection. If the connection fails, try again or restart Wi-Fi.

  • Confirm the connection on both devices

  • Restart both devices

Transfer is very slow

Transfer speed depends on device performance and the surrounding environment.Wi-Fi Direct is usually much faster than Bluetooth, but interference or older devices can slow the transfer down.

  • Move the devices closer together
  • Avoid interference from other Wi-Fi networks
  • Close apps running in the background

Files are not saved where expected

By default, files are saved in the Download folder.You can change the destination folder in the side menu under settings (gear icon).

Does it work with Bluetooth?

No, this app does not use Bluetooth. It uses Wi-Fi Direct for faster file transfer.

Does it work with PC or iPhone?

No, the app works only between Android devices with the app installed on both devices.

Do I need an internet connection?

No, an internet connection is not required. The transfer works directly between devices.
